2P-S7U-xxxxxxZHI5(X) – DC/DC voltage converter for IGBT/SiC applications

PEAK electronics presents the SIP7 converter 2P-S7U-xxxxxxZHI5(X). Equipped with very high 5000 VAC insulation and featuring a dual output, this converter is designed for working voltages of up to 300 Vrms. At 1.5 kV common-mode voltage, it achieves a CMTI value (common-mode transient immunity) of 100 kV/µs while maintaining low coupling capacitance.

In addition, it features important safety configurations, such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and overload protection, as well as continuous short-circuit protection. The efficiency is 86%, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 95°C.

All these features make this DC/DC voltage converter particularly well-suited for applications in IGBT and SiC environments where fast switching times are required. The additional option (“X”) is for an input/output clearance of > 8.2 mm with an alternative pin configuration.
