2X-S7U-151509ZBH5 – 2 Watt bipolar DC/DC voltage converter in SIP7 case

“DC/DC voltage converters with optimized bipolar outputs” are often used for IGBT & MOSFET circuits in the field of power electronic. This saves the complicated design of a gate driver.

The new PEAK voltage converter 2X-S7U-151509ZBH5 features at 15V input voltage into the combination of the output voltages +15V / -8.7V. (other models on request). The high isolation voltage is 5000VAC with very low insulation capacitance of approx. 5pF, continuous short-circuit protection with auto-recovery function, an efficiency of 80% and low output ripple.

Its properties make this compact voltage converter ideal for applications such as inverters, mobility, welding machines, renewable energies or, for example, UPS devices – and thanks to its compact design, it really does fit on the tightest space of circuit boards!
